In part, they help to moderate the production of adrenocorticotrophic hormone (ACTH) and ultimately corticosterone activity. Corticosterone promotes the conversion of amino acids into carbohydrates and glycogen by the liver and stimulates glycogen formation in the tissues, supporting optimal energy reserves. Rhodiola rosea, containing rosavins and salidrosides, also acts to balance hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal activity. Rhodiola can have a calming effect on the central nervous and supports healthy thyroid, thymus, and adrenal gland function. In particular, rhodiola may moderate the effects of physical and emotional stress. Recently, a double blind cross-over study suggests that rhodiola may help to moderate fatigue under stressful conditions. Astragalus and ashwagandha promote immune support and complement the adaptogenic activity of this formula. Calcium pantothenate, a vitamin B5 derivative, is essential for activating the adrenals. Collectively, these ingredients support the health and activity of the adrenal glands.
Recommended Dosage: 1 Capsule daily, between meals, or as directed by a health professional.

Be patient with the awful odor and greasy texture because it soaks in and smell dissipates

I think i'll edit this review after using consistently for a month or so, but this is my initial impression after 2 uses. First of all, the god awful stench was so off-putting that at first i thought 'there is no way i can use this. It is so disgusting and overbearing'. But it does soak in very quickly and the smell does dissipate if you can just get through it for a bit. (you will not walk around all day smelling awful). So the greasy, oily feeling initially and the awful smell does dissipate and it soaks into the skin beautifully. It is definitely worth continued use to see the results. Just be forewarned if you don't like overbearing bad smells (and i mean it smells like you fell into a pool of insect repellent), you will have to persevere.

This is stuff is legit! I have PCOS and unwanted hair on my face. I have used this for 5 days and the hair I usually am shaving or plucking withing a day in a half has not returned since I started this. 5 day!!!! No hair!!!

I was curious about this product because the idea of a natural product for reducing unwanted hair growth sounded appealing, but my experience was mixed at best. The oil itself feels decent on the skin and didn’t cause irritation for me, which is a plus, especially since it claims to be suitable for all skin types. That said, I did not see dramatic or fast hair-removal results, and it definitely does not work like waxing, shaving, or laser treatments. At most, it seemed like something that might help a little over time with consistent use, but the claims about reducing body hair growth felt stronger than the actual results. If you are buying this expecting a miracle product, you may be disappointed. It may be fine as part of a skincare routine, but I would keep expectations realistic.

Curious to see if it works

I’ve started a whole new shaving routine and decided to give this stuff a shot, with what I’ve used thus far I can say the smell is pleasant if you enjoy earthy and floral scents. It has a perfumey scent, but the oil itself left my skin glowing and soft. I’m anxious to continue use!
