The Manfrotto XPRO Geared 3-Way Head with QR Plate Kit was put together by B&H for photographers who need light weight and precise movements. The head is constructed from Adapto technopolymer which allows a reduced weight of just 1.65 lb while supporting up to 8.8 lb. Precision and convenience have guided the design at all stages. Three knurled, ergonomic micrometric knobs are used by Manfrotto to allow photographers to make exact, accurate adjustments on all 3 axes that can be checked using the 3 integrated bubble levels. When it's time to change the composition each knob has a corresponding lever for fast, safe coarse adjustments. Releasing the lever allows you to work with the micrometric knobs again. The kit comes with 2 rubber-coated, non-slip quick release plates.

Precisely control your camera's orientation with the XPRO Geared 3-Way Pan/Tilt Head from Manfrotto . The XPRO can hold up to 8.8 lb while weighing only 1.7 lb. It is made from a rigid technopolymer called Adapto that maintains strength without adding excess weight.
The head features micrometric knobs, allowing you to place your camera exactly where you need it. For larger adjustments the knobs can be pressed down against a lever, unlocking the movement of each axis individually. The head has a front tilt range of -20° / +90°, a lateral tilt range of -90° / +30°, and a 360° pan range. The Manfrotto 200PL Quick Release Plate with 1/4"-20 Screw and 3/8" Bushing Adapter is the replacement quick release plate for all heads that use the RC2 (3157N) system. The plate comes with a 1/4"-20 camera screw and a 3/8" bushing adapter, and is compatible with 35mm and standard thread-mounted medium format cameras.
