MAXIM INTEGRATED PRODUCTS MAX5401EKA+T Volatile Digital Potentiometer, Low Drift, 100 kohm, Single, SPI, Linear, ± 25%, 2.7 VThe MAX5401EKA+T is a 256 tap SOT PoT low drift digital potentiometer in 8 pin SOT 23 package. This volatile digital potentiometer includes a fixed resistor string with a digitally controlled wiper contact. It provides glitchless switching between resistor taps as well as a convenient power on reset that sets the wiper to the midscale (position 128) at power up. MAX5401 serves well in applications requiring digitally controlled resistors including
- Supply voltage range is 2.7V to 5.5V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Ultra-low supply current of 0.1µA
- 3-wire SPI compatible interface
- End to end resistance is 100Kohm at ±25% tolerance and temperature coefficient is 50ppm/°C
- Ratiometric resistance temperature coefficient is 5ppm/°C
