Digestive enzymes are responsible for breaking down food into absorbable nutrients. The most famous enzymes are amylase (facilitates the breakdown of starch), lipase (supports the breakdown of fat) and protease (specialized in the breakdown of proteins). How to use: One capsule daily with a meal. The maximum daily dose is 1 capsule. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet.
