1/8" Edge Beading Router Bit With 1/4" ShankThis Whiteside 1 8 Edge Beading bit creates a bead on the edge of your work piece to soften the edge. The pattern leaves a half rounded edge that is 1 8 in width. Making two passes on opposing faces will make a 3 4" bead on the edge of your material. This edge profile is a hallmark of fine craftsmanship similar to what is found in Federal & Queen Anne pieces. The included rabbet profile allows you to create a lip in addition to the bead in one pass.
