3A 24V PWM Charge Controller: The Eco Energy S3 24V features 3-stage PWM charging (bulk, absorption, float), very low 0.6 mA battery consumption, automatic night-time shutdown, temperature compensation, and is fully encapsulated in epoxy potting for maximum weather protection. Designed and built in North America. Backed by a 5-year warranty.

Heavy-Duty L-Style Mounting Bracket: The SLB-0120 aluminum bracket securely mounts the solar panel to a wall, fence, flat surface, or pole (U-bolts sold separately), with a fixed angle for simplified installation.

Pre-Cut 18-2 Tray Cable (10 ft): 18AWG copper wire is rated for approximately 7-10 amps — more than sufficient for the 20W panel's 0.59A current. Red and black color-coded conductors eliminate polarity confusion, and the sunlight-resistant UV-rated jacket prevents cracking and degradation.

Outstanding Low-Light Performance: The monocrystalline solar panel generates power even during dawn, dusk, and overcast conditions, maximizing daily energy harvest.

Durable & Weather-Resistant Construction: The solar panel features a sturdy 30mm anodized aluminum frame and thick back plate. The charge controller is fully epoxy-potted. The cable is UV-resistant. All components are built to withstand harsh environmental conditions including extreme temperatures (-40°C to +50°C / -40°F to 120°F).

I believe it is equal to the name brands It is 50 SPF Sun Protection Factor so it offers strong UV A and UV B protection which are the 2 ranges of sun rays that do the skin damage and burning. It is an easily absorbed lotion that when rubbed goes into the skin and is not visible. It is thick and goes on with a non shiny, non greasy, solid thick feeling which is what we need for it to stay on as long as possible. It feels good after being rubbed in in that it feels dry and not overly greasy or with no shine and sheen. It is a good product and offers burn protection to me in some clear-sky strong sun uses. Reapply after entering the pool water or swimming laps and after an hour (all sunscreen labels say reapply after 80 minutes which I believe is per recommendations of the federal FDA or some medical studies). I reapply often and I still get tanned but I do not want to burn.
