• Condition: While not brand new, these JetPaks have never been used in a spa, ensuring optimal performance and unmatched relaxation. They may display cosmetic imperfections such as scratches or dents. Since they have never been used, they are in factory working condition. These imperfections are purely superficial and will not affect the performance or functionality of the JetPak.
• Limited Warranty: The functionality of a scratch & dent JetPak is warrantied through Bullfrog Spas of Northern Utah (BSNU) for (1) One year from the purchase date. If the JetPak’s functionality fails during the warranty period, the customer may return the JetPak to BSNU for in-house repair. If after evaluation, the JetPak can not be repaired, the customer will be offered a different used JetPak as a replacement or a $200 store credit. In the event a JetPak needs to be replaced, BSNU does not guarantee that a replacement used JetPak in the same style or color will be available at that time.
