Whether you're preparing birds for your own table or small-scale production, this kit delivers everything you need for clean, consistent results at home.
At the heart of the kit is the Processing Unit (Duck/Goose) – 3 Cones, designed to humanely and safely restrain larger birds during processing. The stand includes three ABS Plastic cones securely mounted on a corrosion-resistant aluminum frame. The cones hold birds in an inverted position to minimize flapping and bruising, while the sloped design guides blood into a removable drip tray for a cleaner workspace and quicker cleanup.
Next is the Goose/Duck Feather Plucker – X-Large (4–6 Ducks), a powerful machine built to handle larger waterfowl. It features a 27" food-grade plastic drum and is lined with natural rubber fingers that gently yet effectively remove feathers without damaging skin. Designed for high-volume processing, it can pluck 4 to 6 ducks in under a minute and features a feather chute to keep the area clean and productive.
Completing the system is the Stainless Steel Poultry Scalder with Manual Dunker – 26 Gal, which ensures your birds are scalded evenly for maximum feather release. With a 3,000W heating element and manual dunker arm, you have full control of the scalding process. The stainless steel tank is durable, rust-resistant, and easy to clean after use.
