Grown in the sun-drenched vineyards of southern Puglia, the Sangiovese grapes are harvested at peak ripeness to ensure rich fruit expression. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel with moderate temperature control to balance extraction and freshness. Post-fermentation, the wine is aged briefly in tank to preserve its juicy, approachable style with soft tannins and ripe red fruit character.
