Kutzall burrs are handmade in America (the Motor City suburbs, to be exact!).

Simple intsall, easily adjustable to diffrent hights, feet have a nice base so they don't sink, but can be placed on pads, helps with stability. Quality seems to be good. Nice weight not cheap and flimsy, durable enough to do the job, but not so heavy you need two people to move it.
