Made of lightweight aluminum with a scratch-resistant anodized finish, the adapter can fit devices up to 4.3" (110mm) wide with an adjustable height bar for maximum stability and security, and it has non-marking/marring, soft-touch grippers to hold the phone firmly in place. A second adjustment enables the eyepiece adapter to be precisely centered on the camera lens regardless of its placement on the phone. Being fully adjustable, it can be set so as to not interfere with buttons. This model is designed specifically for smaller microscope eyepieces but can also be used on larger spotting-scope or binocular eyepieces when used with the optional standard compression ring set.
