Suggestions
For Pre-Workout Energy Support: Take 2-6 scoops 20-30 minutes before training. For Post-Workout Amino Support: At least 4 hours after initial pre-workout dose, take 2-4 scoops after training. Do not exceed more than 10 scoops per day.

Warnings
Two scoops of this product contain 100 mg caffeine. Do not exceed 6 scoops within any 4 hour period. A person should start with 2 scoops (100 mg caffeine) or less to assess tolerance and then gradually increase serving size. Do not exceed 10 scoops per day. Do not combine with alcohol. A worthwhile addition to just butyl itself.

I used this as a topper to butyl sound deadening material on the floor and side panels and am very pleased. It was generally easy to use. It is very sticky and cannot be easily repositioned as the foam will separate from the sticky side if you try, but its not a big deal. I have yet to run the car but the panels are much quieter when tapped on vs just the butyl alone, and this stuff weighs almost nothing.

Easy to install and great value.

Very easy to cut and install with the rollers I bought separately. It adheres well even though I was installing it when the weather was closer to 40-50 degrees. Definitely helps to deaden the sound from the bare sheet metal.

Garbage

Straight garbage, I tried to cut corners on cost of building an spl car and should have stuck with dynamat or something like that. This is NOT for sound deadening…… Garbage product!!!
