Suggested Use
Adults – Take 1 capsule with a meal, 2 times per day, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Use for at least 3 weeks to see beneficial effects. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4–6 weeks.
Caution
Do not use if you are pregnant; if you are taking antibiotics, nitroglycerin, thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives, or other medications that may aggravate electrolyte imbalance; or if you have hypokalemia, high blood pressure, or a kidney or cardiovascular disorder. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are breastfeeding; have kidney stones, diabetes, liver disorders, gallstones, a bile duct obstruction, or biliary disorder; or have stomach ulcers or excess stomach acid; or if you are taking blood thinners. Stop use if hypersensitivity or allergy occurs. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if you experience sweating, paleness, chills, headache, dizziness, or confusion, as these may be symptoms of serious low blood sugar.
