How do I complete the course? Work your way through the online platform and ensure you read your training manual. There are multiple video demonstrations included in the training too. You are then assessed by completing a multiple choice quiz at the end of the training.
How do i book? This course can be paid for in full at the checkout. We accept all major debit/credit cards. Alternatively we now offer multiple finance payment options option at the checkout too. Under no circumstance will any payment be refunded as you will have been sent your course materials.
How do i gain access to my theory pre study? Once you have signed up for the course and made your payment you will be sent your booking confirmation (this is automated by our website, please check your junk folder). Following on from this within 48 hours you will be sent another email this will include your log in details for the online learning platform.
How old do i need to be to take this course? You must be 18 or over to complete this course.
Do i need to provide my own models? No models are required for this training.
Where will the training be held? This training is to be completed as online learning only. There is no in person training at the academy included with this booking.
How can i give feedback on my training? Your feedback is super important to us. If you would like to leave us feedback on your experience please contact us and we can send you a link to do this. Should you for any reason be unhappy with your course you must inform us in writing within 48 hours of completing the course to discuss options. Any complaint received after this time will be dealt with appropriately but no refund will be given.
