Solidsteel NS-6 Hi-Fi Speaker Stands
This range of speaker stands is our basic Series designed for the largest number of bookshelf loudspeakers, ideal for any kind of space and room, perfect also for being selected to support central speakers or loudspeakers used as satellites for surround systems in home cinemas and home theaters.
How are Made
Each stand is made of 5 steel pipes finely painted in black, screwed between a wooden (and painted) top plate of 160x160 mm and a heavy steel bottom-plate, crafted by laser cut. The bottom metal cones are threaded to support our traditional height-adjustable, stainless steel spikes. All steel pipes are filled by Stratocell®, which is a semi-rigid sound-absorbing polyethylene foam sheet that with its innovative closed cell structure revolutionizes the concept of acoustic correction. This material is highly performing (the highest classification of sound absorption - up to Class A) and it's perfect for dampening all the vibrations that could be generated on the stands.Configuration
The NS-6 speaker stands have a complex height of 60 cm and are very easy to assemble. Inside the package there are all the needed screws and Allen-Key for the installation. The NS stands are also supplied with “Pata-fix®” to properly fix the speakers to the top plate.Share with Us Your Audio System

Nice and Simple - but big

Nice product, very simple in reality. All screws together. Shelves are probably 12inches high - higher than I wanted so I won't be using it after all - but that is my fault for not realizing how vertically spaced the shelves would be. The unit takes up a lot of vertical wall space. My only dislike (hence the -1 rating) is the large stamped letters on every wall mounting plate. The letters don't appear to mean anything, and are very large and upraised - to me they detract from the overall appearance of the unit. The letters are not possible to get rid of without a grinder or significant file-work and repainting everything (not worth the significant effort that would entail).
