Phaetus/PrimaCreator premium nozzles are a series of replacement nozzles that can make a bigger difference in print results than you might think. A high-quality nozzle is like a sharp pencil – it is crucial for a great print. This nozzle line is aimed at everyone who wants only the best! The tungsten carbide nozzle is a true "All Filaments, One Nozzle." From conventional printing with PLA to PEEK and even carbon fiber reinforced materials – the tungsten carbide nozzle handles it all effortlessly.

Super abrasion resistance

The use of ultra-hard tungsten carbide (hardness > 2700Hv, up to 2900Hv) ensures super abrasion resistance, allowing long-term printing without wear on the nozzle opening and tip.

High temperature resistance

The nozzle is made of tungsten carbide and a copper alloy with super hardness and excellent conductivity. The maximum printing temperature can reach up to 550℃.

Low feed resistance

The tungsten carbide nozzle with a purity of over 99.98% and excellent thermal properties maintains a consistent temperature at the nozzle opening during printing, guaranteeing stable extrusion.

Faster extrusion speed

Thanks to the nozzle's high thermal performance, printing speed can be further increased without compromising quality. The unique passage inside the nozzle significantly improves the flow rate in the inner hole.

Low friction coefficient thanks to nano-coating

The entire nozzle is coated with a WS2 nano-coating after adding a hard and smooth nickel coating. The surface friction coefficient is only 0.03, ensuring clean print quality without plastic sticking to the nozzle.
