Chest & Arm Protection - NHL Compliant, Molded Shoulder Floaters: To ensure proper shouler and collar bone protection, the Pro Spec's shoulder floaters are molded from high density impact foam. In compliance with NHL regulations, this chest protector's high density floaters taper over its low-profile shoulder caps, sewn-in with a strong elastic to a 51⁄2" max width.
- Dual-Layer Rib & Abdomen Protection: Combining a layer of high density foam blocks to disperse the initial impact energy with a lower density layer beneath to soften and absorb residual energy.
- Compression-Molded Zote Foam Bicep & Forearm Protection: To offer the best foam impact protection in the lowest profile, CCM has implemented a unique, high density foam designed by Zotefoams plc. Used in everything from aircraft insulation, purpose-built orthotics, and advanced combat helmets, the superior cell density and material purity of "Zote Foam" offers greater energy absorption and return in a lighter, lower profile package.
- Reactive, D3O® Sternum Protection: Found frequently in high-end motorcycle gear, D3O® tightens its molecular structure as force is applied; hardening on impact to absorb and redirect impact energy, while remaining more pliable at rest.

Mobility & Fit - Wide Fight Strap w/ Push Button Snaps: To help keep the goalie's protective equipment in place, the Pro Spec chest protector includes a wide fight strap that fastens with push button snaps for additional security.
- Independent Arm Adjustments: Tension straps at the top and bottom of each elbow floater, mid-wrist, and wrist cuff offer easy adjustability, independent from its comfort cap elbows.
- Mobile, Multi-Segment Build: The Pro Spec chest protector is segmented at the belly flap, top of the spine, and down the sides of the torso, allowing goalies to move and flex with less restriction.

Breathability & Comfort - Padded Comfort Lining: The Pro Spec chest and arm protector features a plush, moisture-resistant padded lining to ensure a smooth, irritation-free feel atop baselayers.
- Breathable, AER-TEC Mesh: CCM's AER-TEC system implements a breathable mesh within the Pro Spec's padded, comfort lining to ventilate heat from through the belly, spine, and sides of the torso.

Little pricey, but worth it
Very nice product. Creates a clean look on my fiances night stand rather than having everything all over the place. I like the little compartment with the door, its nice for putting things out of sight. The coin compartment is nice as well. The curve of the bottom makes it easy to get the coins out. I do think its a little pricey for what it is, but i still feel it was worth it to organize the clutter.
