At the race circuit, high level of friction can be achieved along with high stability for an extended amount of time with the heat treatment. _x000D_ The 6 slots brake disc is adopted as standard in the HS type by considering various factors, such as pad wear, squeal and the removal effect of gas at the fading. | Remarks | The heat treatment does not directly improve brake performance. The heat treatment increases the disc resistance against strains and thermal cracking. It also helps maintain stable brake performance for a extended period of time. _x000D_ The surface of the heat treated brake discs has a burnt colour. Once it is used, the burnt surface will be removed by the pad, and changes back to the colour of normal cast iron. Please be aware that the effect of the heat treatment of the disc will not disappear even if the surface colour changes. _x000D_ 12 slots version (HST type) is available as a special order. the surcharge of 12 slots is JPY6,000 (w / o tax). _x000D_ our processing of the rotor, the above package we have shipped in. Were shipped in the package other than the above-mentioned "secondary processed products (slit, heat treatment, dimples, etc.)" will be our warranty. _x000D_ rotor is an image. This has rolling wheels and if I could put it together Anyone can. It fits me fine (250 pounds) the seat is comfortable. They gave me all of the tools (1 tool) needed. Directions were pictures and words that are large enough for me to read. I liked the lower cost and the shipping packaging was great. I’m too big to even try the recliner. I’m sure it would do it but I have had some bad experiences in the past. Don’t be fooled by reviews that state the wheels don’t move. They do. I would buy this chair again

This chair is the perfect size for a small space however it was a nightmare to assemble.! The screws did not align well and some of them I couldn't tighten at all. Overall I am very pleased with the purchase it's very comfortable and sturdy for the price. I just wish the arms were a little bit higher though...
