The neck piece is to be bought separately and can be Attached to the rug with the help of four strong Velcro fastenings and closed with two other strong Velcro fastenings. The neck piece has a 0G or 150G filling. The leather patches give the Outdoor Rug the popular Kentucky look.

Good finish, poor hardware.
Set screws are poor quality and are sometimes powdercoated on the exposed threads. Leads to striped hex sockets and inability to tighten properly.
Durable finish as evidenced by no visible damage after throwing parts across the shop in frustration.
Ended up running self tapping screws thru parts to complete assembly.
