STORIA: Un vino importante con un nome: "Io so Io". Un chiaro omaggio alla celebre frase che il Marchese del Grillo pronuncia al cospetto delle guardie dopo aver fatto valere i suoi altisonanti titoli per scampare all'arresto. Onofrio del Grillo, il nobile noto per i suoi scherzi, divenuto icona della romanità è un personaggio realmente esistito originario di Fabriano, nelle Marche. Stessa regione di provenienza di questo eccellente Offida Rosso DOCG.

TIPOLOGIA: Marche Rosso 

VINIFICAZIONE: A cappello emerso con frequenti rimontaggi giornalieri per circa 6/8 giorni a temperatura di 25/30 gradi,dopo la svinatura, passaggio in barrique dove svolge naturalmente la fermentazione malolattica.

RESA: 50q/Ha

VITIGNO: Montepulciano 100%

TEMPERATURA DI SERVIZIO: 16-18°C

TERRENO: Prevalenza di argilla, calcareo

ZONA DI PRODUZIONE: Offida (AP) regione Marche, Italia

CARATTERISTICHE: Colore rosso rubino intenso con profumi fini e netti con prevalenza di frutti di bosco a bacca rossa. Vino di buona struttura ed eleganza con ottimo equilibrio apprezzabile al naso ed al palato.

COLORE: Colore rosso rubino intenso.

AFFINAMENTO: 16 mesi in Barrique di rovere francese, 6 mesi in bottiglia prima di essere messo in commercio.

SAPORE: Ampie note frutti di bosco a bacca rossa, marasca, cannella e cacao, entrata potente contrassegnata da una buona acidità e solidi tannini.

ABBINAMENTI: Si accompagna bene a secondi piatti di carne. Buono con il coniglio arrosto.

I received the black patent leather shoes today and they are so cute! Sadly I need to return them because they are cut way too small. I normally wear a 7.5 or 8 on dress shoes so I ordered the 8. They are so tight across the top that it's uncomfortable as soon as I put them on. They are smaller than a normal size 8 dress shoe. The big toe area is extremely uncomfortable because it doesn't allow any room for it at all, so my big toe just presses against the side and end of the shoe without even walking in them. I have very narrow feet and these still are too small for me. So I am returning them and I already ordered a 8.5 W and hope that will fit much better. The patent leather is very cute and adds just enough dressy that I can wear them with slacks or my Capri jeans. I like the slip on and the cushion foot bed because it feels soft.
