This 2022 2ES version is the 2-equal-strands version of the SP 89MH Injection with offset guides (1+1), a very successful model. This 2.70m version opens new horizons for this type of rod. We find the nervousness of the mixed carbon blank and a small proportion of fiberglass (to increase mechanical resistance). We notice a significant taper in the blank, which gives an enormous reserve of power at the butt section, allowing it to extract large fish from crowded environments. The softness of the tip allows the angler to keep the lure in the fish's mouth during the attack and not to tear the lure during the fight. In addition, the length and soft tip of the SP 89 MH 2ES makes it possible to cast hard lures over long distances. With this rod you can really fish long distances, especially on the beach or from a rocky point, exploring water veins in total control.
