The Safari Sunrise Aloe also features the classic aloe foliage everyone knows and loves! Soft teeth line the edges of its thick evergreen foliage straps. In addition, this foliage is an attractive green with blue-grey hues mixed in.

The Safari Sunrise Aloe is a fast-grower with a clumping habit, and maxes out at 3' H x 3.5' W. Once well established in your landscape, this easy care variety won't require much maintenance or attention.

Safari Sunrise Aloe Care

Hardy from USDA Zones 9-11. However, there is a simple solution for gardeners in Zones 8 and below: Plant the Safari Sunrise Aloe in a pot and bring it indoors for the winter. Put it in a sunny window and return it outside once the threat of frost passes in spring.

Plant in Full Sun to Partial Shade for best results.

The Safari Sunrise Aloe grows best in sandy soil with fast drainage. Poor drainage often results in root rot.

Water 1-2 times per week during the first growing season if planted in the ground. If planted in a container, water 2-3 times per week.

Aloe plants rarely need fertilizer to thrive. However, apply a liquid houseplant fertilizer in spring to ensure that it has all of the minerals and nutrients it needs to thrive.
