ZipSpeed Trolleys are fitted with special Rubber-sealed, Deep Groove Ball Bearings as Standard. These Bearings have been chosen for optimal high speed, low friction performance. The rubber seals retain the grease lubricant, whilst defending the Bearings from moisture and contaminants; giving the Zipspeed a lifespan of thousands of miles/kilometres.
The ZipSpeed Trolleys are fitted with a rubber brake buffer to absorb impact load at the end of the run. The side plates are made from Aerospace Grade 7075 Aluminium, to minimize flex. We have also introduced a rubber brake buffer to help to absorb the impact at the end of the run. The main attachment point is large enough to accommodate a wide variety of Karabiners and Snaphooks. There are extra attachment holes for a secondary lanyard and a small central hole which can be used to fit an accessory (handle bar etc).
We offer versions for 13 mm (1/2-inch), 16 mm (5/8-inch) or 20 mm (3/4-inch) Wire and the center redundancy axle is fitted with a color coded collar, for easy identification.
