ReadyLIFT is excited to now offer a brand new 9-inch big lift kit for 2014-2016 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 trucks. This new lift system will work with trucks equipped with or without front MagneRide. The new 44-34910 9 inch lift kit is designed for use on 2014-2016 GM 1500 trucks equipped with the factory Cast Steel front suspension and includes new tubular upper control arms. Some of the great features our new 9 inch lift kit includes retaining the factory turning radius while minimizing track width increase to less than 0.5" per side. This kit will allow for up to a 37" tall tire on a 9 inch wide wheel with -12 offset. Our new "clam-shell" style lower strut extension retains use of the factory struts (both standard and front MagneRide) and does not require strut rotation. These new clam-shell brackets utilizes our TCT lower bushings to provide a precise pivot point that maintains the factory ride. The addition of our proprietary new tubular upper control arms with TCT pivot bushings.ensures prolonged upper control arm strength which is far superior to the OE stamped steel control arms. Boxed steel front/rear cross members and full width front skid plate are constructed of thick 3/16" plate steel while also allowing for use of the OE front plastic gravel guard to protect the engine bay and retain the proper air flow as intended by the GM designers. New 1/4-inch boxed plate steel differential drop brackets feature a double gusset and boxed center rib to take the abuse of front differential torsional twisting. (Not for use on AWD applications - 2WD or 4WD only). Rear lift is achieved with are rear add-a-leaf spring and fabricated 3/16-inch thick plate steel rear lift blocks that include built-in bump stop landings and an offset pin design to properly center the axle and specific angles to the blocks to retain the proper pinion angle. This new lift system includes premium extended length Falcon 1.1 Monotube rear shocks. Notes: Fits up to a 37 tall off road tire - requires a 9 inch wide wheel with -12 offset for no rub (tire tread varies - some aggressive tires may require minor trimming. Not for use on AWD applications. Not recommended for GMC Denali 1500 with REAR MagneRide or other models with Rear MagneRide. Only Front MagneRide compatible. Includes ReadyLIFT ReadyGuard Powertrain Warranty.

Tire Size Note: ReadyLIFT wheel and tire fitment recommendations are typically based on Wheel Pros wheels and Nitto tires. Due to product differences among tire manufacturers, tire specifications and dimensions including, but limited to, overall diameter, rolling diameter, tread width, aspect ratio, lug pattern, sidewall construction and inflation pressure, will vary meaningfully by tire and wheel manufacturer. Every tire and wheel combination should be test fit prior to installation. Consult your local installer to learn more about the right tire fitment for your application.

Ride Quality Note: When lifting a vehicle and installing aftermarket wheels and tires, a tire manufacturer's construction and material quality can alter vehicle ride quality. When increasing a vehicle wheel and tire size, most larger aftermarket truck and SUV tires are 10-ply (or more) E tires compared to typical OEM 6-ply C tires. This more rigid sidewall construction increases the perception of suspension stiffness often described as ride harshness. The ride, handling, traction, noise, fuel economy, and wear differences between All-Season, All-Terrain, Mud-Terrain, or Trail-Terrain type tires can be significant. Please take into account tire and wheel choice will generally have a meaningful impact on the ride & handling experience.

The Stonekeeper is the first volume in Kazu Kibuishi's graphic novel series. Although aimed at middle school, it is good for upper elementary school children, and is enjoyable for adults as well. 2 years after the death of Emily and Navin's father in a tragic car crash, Karen moves her children to the family's old house in a dense forest. Built by Karen's grandfather Silas who then disappeared, it has been abandoned for years. During the first night, they hear a strange noise, and Karen is captured by an Arachnopod, a creature from a parallel world, Alledia. Emily and Navin follow their mother into the parallel world where they find their ailing great-grandfather Silas. He tells Emily about the power of the amulet she found in his house. It is the key to ruling Alledia. Silas expires, but not before instructing his robot and animal minions to aid Emily and Navin. This first volume, besides setting the story arc, narrates the rescue of Karen. Unfortunately, she is poisoned setting up the next volume for finding the antidote. Besides an engaging story with compelling characters, Kibuishi is a fantastic illustrator. As with many exemplar graphic novels the spare text is amplified and much of the story told through his illustrations. The creatures of Alledia are strange enough to pique our imagination, but not so much that they are totally alien in form. After reading Stonekeeper, I am eager to see what happens next with Emily and Navin, and their company.
