COURSE OVERVIEW:

Welcome to the Business Environment Analysis course. This program will equip you with the skills and knowledge to understand the context in which your organisation operates, interpret both internal and external influences, and apply structured analytical tools to support sound strategic and operational decisions. Throughout this course, you will learn how to connect vision, culture, markets, and macro-environmental trends into a coherent view of your business environment so that planning and decision-making are better informed and more effective.

This course begins by clarifying what is meant by the business environment and how it shapes the choices available to your organisation. This section guides you to understand what business environment means, review the core components of your organisation and what makes it different from others, identify ways to communicate organisational goals, and identify your organisation’s vision, mission, and values. This section also explains how vision, mission, and values translate into strategic objectives and supports you to develop a deeper strategic understanding of your business instead of viewing activities in isolation.

Foundations in internal organisational analysis are then explored so you can see how structure, culture, and performance frameworks affect success. This section examines the culture and structural types within an organisation and explains how these operate as vehicles for change or sources of resistance. This section also helps you identify the key internal factors that impact organisational success, measure the performance of your organisation using the balanced scorecard approach, and understand how portfolio analysis can help you analyse the products and services your organisation offers. This section further introduces how to carry out a stakeholder analysis so that you understand the expectations and influence of key internal and external parties.

The focus then shifts to markets, competition, and industry dynamics so you can position your organisation more effectively. This section explains how to assess how the marketplace works in terms of price, supply, and demand, and how to identify the purpose and nature of market research used by your organisation. This section also explores how market research aids decision making, how to apply the Ansoff matrix to identify possible opportunities in the market, how to analyse the competitive nature of your industry, and how to carry out a Five Force analysis. This section concludes by considering benchmarking as an industry analysis tool to compare performance and identify areas for improvement.

The wider macro-environment is then examined so that you can anticipate external trends and pressures that may affect your organisation and its stakeholders. This section guides you to evaluate the impact of political factors on organisations, understand key economic terms, and examine social trends that influence customer expectations and workforce patterns. This section also supports you to explore a demographic profile and assess its implications for organisations, consider the organisational impact of new technologies, and understand how three types of Australian legislation—employment law, consumer law, and corporate law—impact on stakeholders and compliance obligations. This section then shows you how to carry out an eco-environmental audit of your organisation or work area and how to incorporate these insights into a broader PESTLE analysis of the external environment.

By the end of this course, you will be able to define the business environment clearly, link your organisation’s vision, mission, values, and strategic objectives to internal structures and external forces, and use a balanced scorecard, portfolio analysis, stakeholder analysis, market tools, and PESTLE to build a rounded picture of your position. You will understand how political, economic, social, technological, legal, and environmental factors interact with industry dynamics, and how to conduct a SWOT analysis that integrates internal strengths and weaknesses with external opportunities and threats. Most importantly, you will be equipped to interpret complex environmental information in an integrated way, enabling you to contribute more confidently to strategic discussions, identify risks and opportunities early, and support resilient, well-informed organisational decision-making.

Two out of three
Size: 26+18+12, Style: 3 piece
Did not fit the rear wiper on a 2023 QX50 Signature. It has a different carrier than the old one. Front ones went right on and work well.

Two Filters, Quick and Easy
Size: 16-23 Tacoma, Size: 16-23 Tacoma
The RVgolf Engine+Cabin Air Filters Kit for the Toyota Tacoma V6 comes with two air filters. There is a cabin air filter that fits nicely into the compartment accessed through the glove box and an engine air filter that dropped in easily in the compartment under the hood. Replacement of both filters was easy, didn’t require any tools, and it took more time to empty and replace the items in the glove box than it did to replace both filters. The Toyota dealership quoted me $80 to replace the cabin air filter only. I replaced both filters for less than $30. The filters felt like they were good quality. The engine air filter is multi-layered, with a thin foam layer to keep larger debris from blocking the finer paper filter. The cabin air filter said and looked like it had a carbon layer to absorb smells. The only concern I had was size. After I had replaced both filters I went to slide the engine air filter I replaced into the RVgolf box to throw it away. The engine air filter I replaced would not slide into the RVgolf box. It was too big. After driving for a few days and a couple of hundred miles, I popped the hood and checked the fit of the engine air filter. The fit looked perfect. See attached photos.

Fits 2019 accord (gas engine)
Size: 18-22 Accord
Dealer was going to charge almost $200 to change both of these filters in my 2019 accord. These filters fit perfectly and of same quality as the dealer product. Easy to install, saving me lots of money.

Great quality and Easy to install
Size: 18-22 Accord
As someone with zero experience changing air filters, I was honestly surprised at how easy this was. The fit was perfect for my 2010 Honda Accord Sport, and both the cabin and engine air filters installed with no issues at all. It even came with clear, easy-to-follow instructions that made the whole process stress-free. Saved myself money from going to the dealership, and my car is running great. Definitely recommend for beginners wanting to do a simple DIY maintenance job.
