Instructions for use
The Ultimate Performance Neoprene Wrist Wrap is easy to wear. Simply insert your thumb into the loop and wrap it around your wrist. Adjust to the desired tension, secure with the hook, and look at the type of fastening.
It is great for use immediately after injury as well as later on in the rehabilitation process when you need a little bit of support as you return to normal activities.
