Mixing & Application
Clear or Pre-Mixed System:
Pre-mix each part (A and B) separately for 2–3 minutes using a low-speed drill (300–450 rpm). Combine 2 parts A with 1 part B and mix thoroughly for another 2–3 minutes to achieve a uniform, bubble-free consistency. Apply using a rubber squeegee and follow with a 10mm roller for a smooth finish.
Metallic Pigment System:
Add 6 oz of metallic pigment to the 2 parts A and mix slowly (150–200 rpm) for about 1 minute. Let sit for at least 1 hour. Then add part B and mix again at 300–450 rpm for 2–3 minutes. Apply a colored ZE-100 base coat, let dry 8–12 hours, and apply the metallic coat at 40–50 mils using a flat or serrated squeegee. Do not exceed 24 hours between coats without sanding.
Flake System:
Apply a colored base coat of ZE-100, then broadcast flakes over the wet surface. Wait 8–16 hours, remove excess flakes, and scrape the surface for consistency. Seal with ZE-100 Clear (interior) or ZE-8084 Clear (interior/exterior).
