Filter eval day 1: Gabi Standard Recipe of 1:18 shows a vibrant cup with complimentary heavy sweetness, reminding of less-acidic stone fruits such as apricot. Bookmarked on either side of this are more characteristic tart fruits which Kenya is known for.
We use 60 hardness, 20 buffer water heated to 198F in all of our recipes.
