The Lat attachment comes with a heavy duty steel construction, and is extremely stable during each and every use. A Fixed – bolting system is also included for extra stability. Aircraft quality cables offer a smooth and consistent motion when utilising the Lat row/pulldown attachments. Plate holders are also included and accept both Olympic and standard weight plates
