The dispenser is fashioned from type-304, 22-gauge stainless steel and is made of all-welded construction. A beveled opening is used for dispensing the seat covers, and the unit is designed to be quickly refilled from the bottom. Capable of holding up to 250 single or half-fold paper covers, the dispenser extends 2 inches from the mounting surface once installed.
