With a uniform 0.4mm thickness and ø2.5mm round perforations, these grids provide excellent mechanical retention, ensuring a strong bond with acrylic resins. Their stability and strength help prevent deformation or breakage, making them ideal for full or partial denture constructions.

Manufactured in Germany using corrosion-resistant stainless steel (Material No. 1.4301), these plates offer reliable performance in clinical and laboratory settings.

How to use
Place the grid onto the desired area of the denture base during the packing phase.
Ensure the perforations are fully embedded in the acrylic to promote mechanical interlocking.
Press and polymerize the denture as usual, then finish and polish before delivery to the patient.
