This resin offers ultra-low shrinkage, ash-free burnout, and highly precise print results. These three properties are crucial when you are looking for good value in a dental casting resin. When processing models for printing, you can expect less shrinkage compared to other resins on the market, giving you extra confidence that the models are both high quality and dimensionally accurate.
The resins are used in the production of crowns, dental support structures, and tooth shapes.
The resin is suitable for LCD, Mono-LCD, and DLP 3D printers that use a light source of 395-405 nm. Popular printers include the Photon Mono series, the new Photon M3 series, and the Halot series from Creality 3D. However, compatibility does not end there; the resin has also been developed for many other machines, including but not limited to: Phrozen, Zortrax, Wanhao, SparkMarker, Nova3D, and more!
3D printing settings:
- Optimized for UV light source 395 – 405 nm
- Fast curing time of 3-4 seconds per layer (depending on color) for faster prints (Monochrome LCD)
- After 3D printing, clean your model in IPA (isopropyl alcohol) or with PrimaCreator Resin Cleaner to remove excess resin
- PrimaValue resins are compatible with multiple 3D printers
- For curing, you can use sunlight or a UV curing chamber.
Curing times depending on 3D print:
- In a UV light curing chamber, it takes about 2-5 minutes
- In sunlight 10-20 minutes
- In daylight on a cloudy day, it can take up to 60 minutes
