This knife is double-edged and made of hagane (carbon steel), offering excellent sharpness.
Its small size and agile handling make it especially practical for preparing horse mackerel and other small fish in a traditional style.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engraving "特製" (Special). The handle retains a clean sticker reading "手打ち" (Hand-Forged) and "さこだ" (Sakoda).
