Machine-Specific Safety Documentation for the xTool F1 Ultra

The xTool F1 Ultra is a Class 4 fiber laser (1064nm) with galvo scanning for high-speed metal marking, engraving, and cutting. At 1064nm, the laser beam is invisible in the near-infrared — you cannot see it, but it can cause permanent retinal damage in milliseconds. ANSI Z136.1-2022 compliance is not optional.

What's Included — 5 Professional Documents

  • Safety & Compliance Package — Class 4 laser hazard assessment, ANSI Z136.1 compliance program, LSO designation, wavelength-specific PPE (OD 7+ at 1064nm), interlock testing, LOTO procedures, HazCom for metal fumes and marking byproducts
  • Room Readiness Guide — Laser-safe environment (1064nm reflective surface management), electrical requirements, ventilation for metal fume extraction, fire safety
  • Maintenance & Inspection Guide — Galvo mirror inspection, F-theta lens care, interlock verification, fume extraction maintenance, laser power measurement
  • Ventilation & Exhaust Guide — Metal fume CFM calculations, HEPA + activated carbon filtration for metal oxide nanoparticles, hexavalent chromium considerations for stainless steel
  • Visitor/Student Safety Orientation — Laser safety briefing for non-operators covering invisible beam hazards, controlled access, metal fume risks

Why You Need This

  • Invisible Beam — 1064nm is in the near-IR. You won't see the beam, scattered reflections, or the spot until after the damage is done.
  • Metal Fume Hazards — Engraving stainless steel can generate hexavalent chromium (OSHA 1910.1026), a known carcinogen with a PEL of 5 µg/m³
  • ANSI Z136.1 + FDA/CDRH — Requires LSO, written safety program, engineering controls, OD-rated eyewear, warning signage, and controlled access
  • Fire Risk — Fiber lasers operating at high power on organic materials create real fire hazards requiring detection and suppression planning

$129 — immediate download. Laser safety consultant equivalent: $10,000–$30,000.

Super cute
The shelf is cute, and super easy to set-up. Be careful with the screws, I stripped the magnet screw/hole a little bit. Street that I was a little weary on over-tightening the four corners of each shelf. Make sure you use the wall straps bc it will be a little wobbly.

Very impressed with this! It was very easy for me to put together without any help. Very sturdy pieces and seems well made. Really can’t beat the quality for the price! The glass door on the bottom really dresses up this shelf. I will probably buy more of these for other rooms in my house.

Elegant shelf, easy assembly!
Color: White, Size: 4 Tier(10.7 x 15 x 40.8 Inches), Color: White, Size: 4 Tier(10.7 x 15 x 40.8 Inches)
I almost returned this because I didn’t think I could put it together, but the step by step picture instructions were easy to follow, and I assembled this in about 50 minutes, taking my time and also wiping down each wood piece so it would be ready to go once finished. This came packed very well and no parts were missing or messed up. It’s very elegant looking for being inexpensive and just what I needed budget wise and style wise. It is sturdy and beautiful and I like it very much and am glad I kept it, it is worth it!

Very easy to put together. Lightweight, great for what I was looking for. Holds a lot of books and perfect for me. I didn't want a heavy clunky bookcase.
