Kotobukiya’s range of characters from Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens expands further with another two pack featuring the best pilot in the Resistance and his trusty droid: POE DAMERON & BB-8! The son of two pilots in the Rebellion, Poe followed in his parents’ footsteps and flies dangerous missions on behalf of the Resistance and General Leia Organa. His skills in the cockpit of an X-Wing are unparalleled, though he couldn’t pull off his amazing feats without the help of his BB-series astromech. BB-8 handles telemetry and hyperdrive navigation for Poe, though the little droid is capable of so much more... which everyone discovers when Dameron and BB-8 come into possession of a clue to Luke Skywalker’s whereabouts on the planet Jakku. And now the two partners come to life as never before as all new ARTFX+ statues! Poe Dameron and BB-8 look like they walked (or rolled!) directly off the screen and are 100% screen accurate to their appearances in The Force Awakens. The dashing pilot wears his X-Wing flight suit, a loose-fitting orange jumpsuit covered in gray straps and belts and featuring heavy black gloves and a padded white chest harness. Poe looks every bit the cocky ace standing with his feet apart, one shoulder pushed forward, and an ever so slight smirk on his face with its incredible likeness of actor Oscar Isaac. You can even customize your display with included interchangeable parts to have Poe Dameron wearing his helmet or holding it tucked under one arm! Meanwhile, BB-8 rolls into the action with a completely new sculpt (different from the statue in the R2-D2, C-3PO, & BB-8 set) capturing the jaunty spherical robot. The astromech is distinctive with its round body and separate head unit in bright white, orange, and silver with lots of little technological details. And like his human partner BB-8 has options too; the head is attached by a magnet so it can be posed and you can display the droid with a panel open and its flame armature extended to give a “thumbs up” or closed for movement. Poe Dameron stands just over 7 inches tall and BB-8 2 ½ inches (1/10th scale) and magnets provide perfect stability on their included metal display bases. I have had for about 2 months and seems to be holding up well, so far, and is comfortable for most part. Only complaint is the arms do not lower a lot, so cannot go under the desk.

High quality and incredible customer service

This is an extremely well made chair at a very competitive price. The packaging, assembly instructions, as well as the way the hardware was packaged and labeled is probably the best I've seen. I'm particular about tools, and the included allen wrench was better than the normal "included tools" so much so that i actually used it rather than one of my own. The assembly was easy, and the chair itself looks and feels very high quality, and is very comfortable. Perhaps best of all was the level of customer service. I emailed on a weekend to activate the warranty and request the free cushion they offer. I got a personal response in less than a day and they offered upgraded wheels for free as well. This is a company worth doing business with.

Great Chair and Outstanding Customer Service

I desperately needed a new office chair. I ordered this chair with the mesh seat and it spike up my sciatica. I reached out to the company and Alice took great care to address the issue. She sent me a new seat with a foam cushion and it resolved the issue immediately. The chair is incredibly comfortable with the lumbar support, adjustability and foot support. She also sent me upgraded wheels as my chair is on a thin chair mat on hard wood floors. Alice was extremely responsive with possible options and very thorough with instructions on how to replace the seat. It is a high quality chair that I anticipate will last me quite some time. I highly recommend this company and will definitely order products from them again should the need arise. Thank you, Alice!!

Great value and great customer experience

I'm sure there are a lot of high quality chairs out there and this is one of them. For me, what sets this one apart is the customer experience from unboxing and assembly to customer care. The chair came in a surprisingly small box. To my surprise, the parts were wrapped in foam and then again in a high quality foil/foam packing material. Everything was well protected, densely packed, yet easy to unpack and locate the parts.
The assembly process was straight forward as you might expect, but the attention to detail is remarkable. For example, the screws have thread lock (a dab of the blue "goo" to keep them from coming loose). Another example is the Allen wrench they give you. It isn't a cheap L-shaped wrench. It's a T-bar with a good sized handle. The parts all have slotted screw holes to give some tolerance in lining up the screws and a little bit of adjustment room. The instructions even showed how to use the box as a bench of sorts. You can tell the designers really thought about the assembly process.
The chair came with a tag offering a free "upgraded foam seat protector cover" by sending them an email. Not only did they send one, the email response was from a human (I'm 99% positive) that asked how I liked the chair. I honestly responded that I like the arms to go down lower than this chair allows and said I might modify it. We exchanged a few messages about it and they ended up sending me some washers/spacers. It now fits my frame perfectly. Not only that, they offered to send me a different set of wheels that are more suitable for my flooring, which I took them up on. I didn't even ask!
In summary, I am extremely happy with this chair and the company I bought it from. It is a fantastic value.
