Château de Valcombe Le Soufre Coupé Syrah 2018 (France)Deep red colour with purple reflect. Black fruit nose, with black cherry and mineral notes. The palate is rather opulent but mostly deductive with a lovely fruit. Long blackcurrant finish. 100% destem, fermentation in concrete vat with indegenous yeast. Temperature of fermentation between 25 27c. Aging in concrete tank. No sulfite added during the entire winemaking process.
