Because this is a handmade item, they will vary from one to the next. The same style and technique will be used but the final product will be a one of a kind. Due to the custom nature of these items, I do NOT accept returns or exchanges. The only exception to this is if I have made a mistake. Cancellations are not accepted once work has begun on your tumbler. In the event that your tumbler is damaged, please reach out to me. I may be able to fix the tumbler for a fee.
