The Giotto Cronometro brings the commercial Espresso Machine experience home, making it possible to create the perfect espresso every single time. The Giotto Cronometro has been purpose built with the very best craftsmanship and engineering; sporting features often only found in full sized commercial espresso machines. With over 21 years of research and development at the Rocket Espresso Milano headquarters, the design and engineering of this machine has continued to evolve and has become the first choice for Barista’s and home coffee makers alike.
The Giotto Cronometro is available in two models, the Tipo V with a vibrational pump and the Tipo R with a rotary pump and the option to plumb the unit into an existing water supply. Both models are fitted with Cronometro technology, integrating a digital shot timer that allowing the user complete control over their espresso flow and grind setting. Each machine is also fitted with an adjustable PID controller to regulate the temperature of the boiler and fine tune the flavour of the resulting espresso.
Fitted with a 1.8lt boiler matched with an intelligent thermosyphon system, this machine delivers consistent temperature and pressure, allowing the user uncompromised control over the brewing and steaming process. With stainless steel body, this timeless classic delivers both style and function that will fit perfectly into any coffee set-up.
