To return your Little Giant Ladder you will need an RMA#. Call Woodcraft Customer Service at 1-800-535-4482 for assistance getting said RMA#. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs and a 35% restocking fee.
If your shipment was damaged during delivery, please call Woodcraft Customer Service at 1-800-535-4482 for details on how to resolve your issue. You will need to take a picture of the damaged package to assist in the resolving of your problem.
