Now the MAX version can be used on most cell phone and tablet-based PTT Apps. (iOS and Droid), on ICOM, Kenwood, EFJ and BK radios that have built-in Bluetooth feature, and on all PrymeBLU Mobile and Portable radio adapters. At the same time as all these possible radio and PTT Aps are being used the BTH-600-MAX can also be used for normal cell phone calls since it has a separate phone control button. Meeting IP56 requirements for dust and water resistance and with extra long battery life the BTH-600-MAX is a real workhorse! This is the NEW Bluetooth (wireless) version of our popular STORM TROOPER® series remote speaker microphone.  The BTH-600-ZU is more robust and weather resistant than other similar Bluetooth speaker mics (also lower priced).  More than 40 hours of talk time (30 days of standby), easy pairing, no connectivity loss, and fully functional PTT. Other features include a waterproof front-facing speaker, directional noise-canceling microphone, heavy-duty clothing/belt clip that swivels 360°, and strategically placed pairing and low-battery warning lights on the side of the microphone, protected by a weatherproof lens. lightweight and easy to use. The unit is multi-functional, featuring broad-range volume control, a 3.5mm earphone jack, and a rechargeable/replaceable battery (comes with a universal USB wall charger and cable). It can be paired with several Bluetooth devices, including Bluetooth-compatible mobile phones (PTT function supported on Apple and Android devices.). Range up to 10 meters.
