Athletes: Take 2-4 capsules once daily with breakfast. Alternatively, split the dose and take half of the recommended serving about 1 hour before exercise, and the other half at another time during the day, equally spaced. 

Older males for andropause: Take 1-2 capsules daily, either as a single or divided dose.
