Why mount your computer under the saddle and not on the handlebars?
According to the UCI article 1.3.024 TER: “The rider must not have any direct access to the images [from onboard data collection technologies], or information concerning other riders being collected or transmitted during the race”.
Recommended on saddles that have enough rail left behind the seat post clamps. We also have the seatpost computer mount if saddle rail space is minimal.
This product is designed by Velobike in New Zealand and manufactured in the USA.

Great as long as you don't mind the shelf down all the time.

This mounts well and feels very sturdy and overall works quite well. The only complaint I have is that the shelf doesn't stay vertical when it's stowed. It needs some way to keep it from falling down and hitting my head.

Chipped rack and top rack does not stay up

Heavy duty and easy to put together, with the exception of the two screws for the top rack; the top rack does not stay in the up position on its own like I thought it would. I can’t open my cabinet door. I had to screw a hook in the wall to hold it up. It arrived with chips on the metal.
