Dusky Sounds embodies our enchanted land; clean and vibrant, with unique flavour that is loved around the world. Strong varietal characters, lifted, pungent aromatics, along with clean and inviting flavours results in range of great value wines.
The grapes are harvested from select vineyards in the South Island. Once harvested, the grapes were gently pressed and settled in tank. Warm fermentation was started with selected yeast strains. The wine was left to mature on full lees for 3 months. Once blended the wine was fined using natural methods
