The Wancher Dream Pen Rising Sun is a handcrafted fountain pen made using the Yamanaka-nuri technique, blending Kinpaku (gold leaf) and Kindai Maki-e (modern Maki-e) art. This pen features a traditional Japanese Sansui (landscapes) design.
Each pen undergoes an intricate Urushi lacquer process, meticulously applied in layers by skilled craftsmen in Wajima, Japan. This lacquer enhances durability, protecting against water, acids, alcohol, and weather changes. The production of a single True Urushi pen takes at least three months to achieve a flawless finish.
The pen is equipped with a #6 Jowo stainless steel nib and supports international cartridges and converters.
