A balance cushion with an air chamber to inflate it and toturn it into an unstable platform, enabling multiple strengthening and balance exercises (core training) to be carried out which are highly beneficial for health. In addition, its continued use improves posture and strengthens core muscles. It is very robust and durable, and it includes a manual pump. Instability can be adjusted by adjusting the level of inflation. Surprisingly great for my wide feet and high instep!

So thrilled I took a chance on these. Finding boots is impossible for me. I have wide feet, a super high instep, a bunion on one foot, and I wear a hard to find size (10.5). I ordered the 10.5 and 11 in these expecting I might need to size up for width (if I could even get them on).
