| Remarks | The heat treatment does not directly improve brake performance. The heat treatment increases the disc resistance against strains and thermal cracking. It also helps maintain stable brake performance for a extended period of time. _x000D_ The surface of the heat treated brake discs has a burnt colour. Once it is used, the burnt surface will be removed by the pad, and changes back to the colour of normal cast iron. Please be aware that the effect of the heat treatment of the disc will not disappear even if the surface colour changes. _x000D_ our processing of the rotor is, we have shipped in the above package. Were shipped in the package other than the above-mentioned "secondary processed products (slit, heat treatment, dimples, etc.)" will be our warranty. _x000D_ rotor is an image. Ceramic burr destroyed itself

For the first two-plus months it worked fine -- the perfect grind and the perfect amount with a full barrel for my oversized coffee mug.
I've been using it once daily, more or less, on a medium grind setting of 25, and this morning the ceramic burr started to eat itself. This is not acceptable.
Follow up:
Circle Joy contacted me and offered to give a full refund on this purchase, which was gratefully accepted. This is outstanding customer service.

Best price for better tasting coffee

I am a coffee snob. I only get beans. I have been using a magic bullet blender to grind, which actually does extremely well, but the grind wasn't quite even enough. So I found the cheapest, ok quality grinder I could and bought this one. I absolutely love it. It take a while to grind, and it only does a little at once, but whatever. This thing works great and my grounds are now even. The burrs seem to be of decent quality and the whole device works smoothly.
