Cannubi is a historical vineyard, among the most esteemed in the Barolo area, with a unique complexity and richness to the soil. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tank for around 20 days and then transferred to Slavonian oak casks to mature for 4 years. This is a wine which will age gracefully.
