Registration number: EP3445568A1. These nozzles for 3D printers are made of metal and feature one or more holes to enlarge the heating wall surface.
Advantages of the Nickel Coating
A nickel coating is applied to our coated brass nozzles to provide protection against corrosion, erosion, and abrasion. Nickel-coated nozzles have higher corrosion resistance and a lower coefficient of friction, enabling smoother material feeding and delaying plastic adhesion on the nozzle surface.

Different Nozzle Sets for Different Materials
We recommend having multiple nozzle sets because:
- Using different materials with the same nozzles leads to deposits inside the nozzle.
- These deposits can cause blockages.
- We recommend changing nozzles when switching materials.
