The cartridge casing is made from hardened smoked gray medical grade plastic, precision molded and engineered to maximize accuracy and consistency. Each needle grouping is crafted using the highest grade stainless steel and lead-free solder in addition to our superior quality control practices to ensure perfection. Our needle return tension is less than other brands which provides a more smooth, consistent flow and overall feel. Each tip utilizes needle guides to prevent bouncing and vibration. Progressive, ribbed locks allow cartridge to be used in all systems. Dual square rear guide system prevents rotation, binding and rocking of needle while providing stability missing from other brands. Finally, size is imprinted on each tip for easy identification after removed from blister packing.
