4. Stain will be Min wax weathered oak and white mixed as shown previous in e mail thread
5. Finish: 2 coats M.L Campbell acid cure AC Sealer (Post-cat) C156-10, 3 coats M.L Campbell Conversion Varnish Clear var in a dull rub finish.  This is similar to a matt finish.  I have attached spec. sheets for your review. 
6. Crate and ship motor freight to Tampa, FL for customer pick up at Local freight terminal. 
7.  Cut out below top on sofa side for easy opening.
